@ehgkulow I know this is a shocker, I have been told similar prognosis but I am going to keep going till I not. 16 years is amazing and I would consider you onc to be one of the best.

We’ve been in a bit of shock since seeing my Onc. CT scan far worse than I could ever imagine, altho the pain issues are now understandable. After 16 yrs(and w w/mets), I have 1 - 3 months left. I’m numb.

@ehgkulow You and i are in the same place, just started trodelvy (lots of side effects) and have to have WBR for brain mets, all came within the last 3 months, hope this new treatment does the trick

New plan. 5 day break from chemo. Start Keytruda on Tuesday, maybe overlap with the cyclophosphamide if my wbcs recover. TMs through the roof, wbc, anc and gran# all plummeted. Isn’t it supposed to be the other way around?

I have been feeling very down this week. My leg that was radiated is feeling better, now I have pain in the other leg instead. It's been pretty severe. The scary part is my breathing has gotten quite a bit worse. I now need supplemental o2 when I am sitting still again

Scans where really bad, innumerable brain mets grew in 3 months; right Lung os a mess and liver grew and got another lesion Duke wants me to do Toldevey and whole brain radiation its my hail mary; I just did not get lucky.

I promised god and the u inverse I would give up sugar if my MRI and CT scans are ok this am. I love sugar. #scaredshitless #mbcdrama

PROs from the phase 3 EMERALD trial presented by the great @JavierCortesMD. Elacestrant maintained QoL compared with physician choice of ET, with no significant impact on any of the QoL metrics.

@BethCioffoletti @mikejwhelan Wow 10.5 years, I only 4 years in and only on pills for 8 months. I. Er+ but resistant to endodrine therapies.

@mikejwhelan I have been on iv chemo for 10 1/2 years. Now I am on Xeloda pills. I can’t say it is the worst (Enhertu was worse for me) but the fatigue and GI issues are intense.

CANCER UPDATE Yes, this is now the third time I've had chemotherapy. No rhyme or reason why this "oral" bout is kicking my butt. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️😎
