Doing my best to keep Ma Mae’s memory going! Thank you for this gem of a recipe @altonbrown These are legitimately the best biscuits I’ve ever had and they are very simple! If you want to try them, look up Alton’s recipe online, you will NOT be disappointed!

@chefsymon Cook and knife seller here. The problem isn’t only the temperature. While most knife blades found in home kitchens are stainless, the rivets that you find in Wüsthof classic series for example are prone to corrosion from the sanitizer. That is why most handle failure happens.

Also destroys most handles .. not all but many .. and since you are a chef .. you obv know this but are just choosing to argue .. and if you don’t believe me you are free to ask people that actually make & or sell knives for a living and see what they say ..

@chefsymon The sanitizer in Sink 3 is *usually* the same stuff in the dishwasher. The only thing different is the water temperature. Hot water doesn't make knives dull.
