Yuqi Bar will synchronize all subsequent progress with Song Yuqi’s fans as soon as possible.

This must clearly define the fixed procedures, statutory response timelines, and direct responsibility for fan inquiries and artist-related matters. Ensure that reasonable fan inquiries and artist-related demands receive accurate, effective, and formal written responses within the specified timeframe, eliminating instances of "ghosting" or perfunctory replies.
