Spotify needs to release a “kids” setting so I can play all the songs my kids listen to without it affecting my own Discovery algorithm. Insane that I can’t do this already. My Discover Weekly is just nursery songs and Moana. @Spotify please fix this.

Hey Evan. You’re right, we haven’t invested or prioritized in this for the last few years. It shows. Almost all of our users use the web app. But that’s a bad excuse since there’s still a not insignificant amount that use the mobile app, and maybe that number would be higher if the app was better. We’re doing a lot more with our help desk product this year. I talked with the product leaders (Paul and Padraig) today about your tweet, and want rebuilding this to be on the list. I realize this is a nonupdate reply, but at least wanted to share some context.

Can someone please tell me how @intercom can be such a hug company and not have a functional mobile app? One in three conversations that I try to reply to crash the app. I’ve have a bug report in for 6 weeks, but based on the App Store reviews it seems this has been a problem for ages. @eoghan
