look around SA today and ask yourself:
What are politicians offering us in 2026?
Not jobs. Not water. Not light. Not houses.
And what are they shouting on those loudspeakers?
“Foreigners! Foreigners! Foreigners!”
When municipality can’t collect rubbish for 6 months → Shout “Foreigner!”
When Eskom switches off light → Shout “Foreigner!”
When factory closes and 2000 SA youth lose jobs → Shout “Foreigner!”
When R500 billion is stolen through tenders → Shout “Foreigner!”
why? Because “foreigner” doesn’t vote. “Foreigner” can’t fight back in parliament. “Foreigner” is easy target.
But, shouting “foreigner” never fixed a single pothole. Never hired one unemployed graduate. Never built one clinic. @Mzanziawake

The chicken will always come home to roost. The satanic hatred towards migrants will be diverted towards South Africans of other nationalities the moment those hapless souls are gotten rid of. This cycle of violence and bloodshed is not ending anytime soon.

The historical records remind us that intelezi was used during Boipatong Massacre to strip away compassion for human life, targeting anyone outside the political/ethnic circle. It's clear the same dangerous playbook is active today in xenophobic attacks led by those mobilizing along tribal lines. Weaponizing sacred traditions to justify hatred against our fellow African brothers and sisters is an old Apartheid era strategy. Wake up! #BoipatongMassacre

"I did my job to the best of my ability. I am just thankful to God. It's been a very, very arduous and long, almost 11-year journey. It has been traumatic, not just for me, but for my family, my friends, and all those who have stayed and supported me. For my 93-year-old mother in Port Harcourt, for my son, and for all those who love us, it has been a hard journey. But I tell you this: God will always do as God wills, and God will be God." — Diezani Alison-Madueke, reacting to the UK court judgment exonerating her of bribery charges

@DaddyTwinzz The regime in Equatorial Guinea is not only repressive it is a dictatorship and a family business. In the event that the president leaves office his own son is the successor to the presidency. But what do I know. You must abuse the president at the drop of the hat.
English

@DaddyTwinzz This is what you get when you’re poorly educated.
Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo has been in power since August 1979, making him one of the world’s longest-serving heads of state. His son, Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue serves as vice president and is the potential successor.

Equatorial Guinea government resigns after missing 10% of targets and promises it made to the masses.
Meanwhile Nigeria government led by the incompetent Tinubu whom the Yoruba people said he is the best candidate in the whole of Yorubaland has not met even 1% in close to 4 years of his administration and he has the guts to even dream about a 2nd term.
Are we not shameless in Nigeria?

THIS IS WHY YOU MUST PUT YOUR YORUBA IDENTITY FIRST AHEAD OF ISLAM. Stop acting like you didn't know the following below .
FULANIS DON'T PUT ISLAM FIRST BUT FULANI FIRST, SO YOU TOO PUT YORUBA IDENTITY FIRST ,STOP SOUNDING LIKE A CONQUERED PERSON WITH NO CHOICE WHEN YOU ARE A BORN FREE 🙏🏽
📌ONLY A FULANI CAN BE IMAM IN OF ILORIN.
📌ONLY A FULANI DESCENDANT OF USMAN DAN FODIO CAN BE LIFE PRESIDENT OF NSCIA - NIG. SUPREME COUNCIL OF ISLAMIC AFFAIRS.
But the same FULANIS you defend and tell you that
"There is no ethnicity in ISLAM but they use ETHNICITY to rule over you " If it's not them , nobody else can.
TO BE A MUSLIMS ACCORDING TO FULANIS,, YOU MUST BE UNDER FULANIS LEADERSHIP AS SULTAN OF SOKOTO.

@HeIsJayjam When these brigands are done with foreigners they will turn on their fellow citizens from other tribes. This certainly isn’t the end. We’re witnessing in real time the irreversible descent of a nation into anarchy. The Apartheid era will be remembered with fondness.
English

@AfricaisBlack It’s a very cheap prophecy, but after the much maligned migrants are gone, South Africa will descend into a state of civil strife within its desperate component units. March and March won’t stop marching until the nation is rendered ungovernable. #MAD -Mutual Assured Destruction.

Today marks exactly 34 years since the tragedy. We must never forget the full truth of Boipatong. The IFP under Gatsha Buthelezi killed many innocent Black people whose only sin was not being umZulu or IFP aligned. They didn't act alone, they were armed, funded, and supported by the Apartheid government to destabilize our united struggle. Today, we see these exact same evil, divisive strategies being played out again, led by those who were once IFP affiliated. 🇿🇦 #BoipatongMassacre

DÀNDÓGÓ KỌJÁ ÀBÍNÚDÁ
How many Yorùbá people of this generation have ever seen or even heard of DÀNDÓGÓ?
DÀNDÓGÓ was once one of the most prestigious and highly valued Aṣọ Ìmúròde (ceremonial attire) among the Yorùbá people. It was a royal outfit associated with wealth, status, and honour. Not everyone could afford it, and sewing it required considerable time, skill, and resources.
Sadly, this magnificent attire has almost disappeared from our society today. Many people no longer know what it looks like, and it is becoming increasingly difficult to find tailors who can sew it in the traditional way.
Its importance in Yorùbá culture is reflected in the proverb:
"Dàndógó kọjá àbínúdá."
Meaning that Dàndógó is too elaborate and expensive to be produced in a hurry. The saying is often used to caution people against undertaking huge projects without adequate preparation, time, or resources.
Another popular saying is:
"O jẹ́ má fa dàndógó onídàndógó ya."
Literally, "Be careful not to damage someone else's Dàndógó."
This warns against carelessness that may damage another person's valuable property and leave one burdened with unnecessary debt or responsibility.
Have you heard either of these sayings Before. Afinimoye Ede Yoruba

The clinical scenario here could be explained this way;
TB and HIV are both infections but they play by completely different biological rules.
Why TB can be cured in 6 months with correct anti-TB regimen;
Tuberculosis is caused by a bacterium, Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
When we give the correct combination of anti-TB medications, they kill the bacteria directly. Once the bacteria are eradicated from the body, infection is cured.
Lets think of TB as;
A criminal hiding in a hideout. Once the police find and arrest every criminal, the problem is over.
Why HIV is different?
HIV is a virus that attacks the immune system itself, especially CD4+ T lymphocytes.
The unique problem is here is that HIV infects immune cells. Converts its RNA into DNA using reverse transcriptase enzyme. Inserts the that viral DNA permanently into the host cell genome using integrase. And further creates long lived latent reservoirs that can remain silent for years.
Lets think of HIV as:
A hacker who doesn’t just enter the computer but rewrites the operating system and hides copies of itself in secret folders throughout the network. ART suppresses the hacker but cannot yet find and erase every hidden copy.
Now the interesting thing is when the viral load becomes undetectable as a result of ART suppression, CD4 count does improve and patient looks completely healthy
However, HIV is still present in latent reservoirs such as:
- Resting memory CD4 T cells
- Lymph nodes
- Gut-associated lymphoid tissue (GALT)
- Spleen
- Brain microglia
The virus can remain dormant in those sites for decades. If ART is stopped, these hidden reservoirs can reactivate and release new virus particles within days to weeks.
Another striking question would be, why can’t those infected cells be killed? This is because many reservoir cells are long-lived memory immune cells, clinically indistinguishable from normal cells and carrying “sleeping or dormant” virus that produces little or no viral protein. Meanwhile, to the immune system and most drugs, they look almost normal.
The greatest obstacle to curing HIV is not the virus actively circulating in blood. It is the tiny number of silent infected cells that are not making virus at all. In other words, virus that is sleeping is more dangerous to eradication than the virus that is awake.
Consequently, TB is curable because anti-TB regimen can eliminate the mycobacterium from the body. HIV, on the other hand, is controllable but usually not curable because it integrates into human DNA and establishes latent reservoirs. ART prevents viral replication and allows a near normal life expectancy. An undetectable viral load = HIV that is not sexually transmitted but it does not mean the virus has been eradicated. The major barrier to an HIV cure is the persistence of latent viral reservoirs hidden within the immune system.
TB survives outside the body cells and can be killed whereas HIV hides inside cellular DNA and remembers where it lives.

I went to Stanbic IBTC bank today to make enquiry about their investment packages. Apparently they are one of the best when it comes to investments.
I met the security man inside and I explained what I wanted to do, he dialed a number and asked me to speak to the woman, according to him, he said she’s the manager.
I spoke to her and she explained everything to me and told me to come to her office, and I told her I’m already at their office and she told me no, that I should come to UBA bank to meet her.
So apparently, she works in UBA but the security man who works in Stanbic IBTC is promoting another bank and is redirecting customers to meet her.
The thing has been disturbing me since and I’m wondering why someone will behave like that.

There is a place in Canada where gravity is weaker than anywhere else on earth.
The last ice age compressed the land so much that it still has not fully recovered 11,000 years later.
You weigh slightly less in Hudson Bay than anywhere else on the planet.

I'm always surprised by how many Israelis have never heard of the Davidka "miracle." In 1948, Israel was fighting an Arab army trained by the British that held every high ground. Israel was outnumbered 10 to 1 and desperately low on ammo.
Israel built the Davidka. It was a homemade mortar that looked like a small cannon and was stuffed with nails and scrap metal — basically a huge firecracker.
The blast was so apocalyptic that Arab troops radioed back: "The Jews have an atomic bomb!" The entire Arab population fled overnight. Israel made only six of them, and they won the war!
Pure genius. 🇮🇱

Myasthenia Gravis
Think of the neuromuscular junction as a mobile phone network. In Myasthenia Gravis, immune system destroys many postsynaptic acetylcholine receptors, the “signal towers”. Early in the day, enough nerve signals reach the muscles but with repeated use, acetylcholine stores temporarily decline and a few receptors remain to maintain effective transmission. As a result, signal progressively fails, eyelids droop, double vision appears and chewing becomes exhausting. After rest, acetylcholine stores are replenished and transmission improves, so strength returns temporarily. The hallmark is fluctuating, fatigable skeletal muscle weakness that worsens with activity and improves with rest.

If removing migrants was the solution, South Africa’s problems would have been solved after the xenophobic attacks of 1998, 2008, 2015, and 2019.
Yet unemployment remained. Poverty remained. Crime remained. Corruption remained. Inequality remained. The evidence tells us that the real solutions lie in governance, economic growth, education, parenting, and accountability.
What I find interesting is that anti-immigrant sentiment often rises around election periods. 🤔
We have seen it before local government elections, before national elections, and during times of political contestation. Is this merely a coincidence, or are ordinary South Africans being encouraged to focus on one another while deeper challenges remain unresolved?
Across the world, when fear and division dominate public discourse, right-wing movements often gain momentum. 🤔
As Africans, we must be wise enough to ask who benefits when poor people are turned against other poor people.
Our history teaches us to be vigilant. The story of Nongqawuse reminds us of the dangers of following narratives without questioning who benefits from them.
Some historians have long debated the influences surrounding that tragic episode. Today, I ask whether we are once again being persuaded to believe that removing one group of people will magically solve complex national problems.
I suspect history may be repeating itself in a different form. Instead of cattle being destroyed, communities are being divided. Instead of questioning power, we are questioning one another. Instead of building, we are breaking.
South Africa’s future will not be secured by xenophobia. It will be secured by jobs, education, strong families, accountable leadership, economic growth, and a renewed commitment to the Rainbow Nation. - Nolubabalo Mcinga
