I went to the Bernabeu: Real Madrid lost I went to the Camp Nou: Barcelona lost Does this mean if I go to the Metropolitano Atletico Madrid will also lose?

Let’s just focus on Laliga and win that one. This team & the board is not ready for a UCL. Maybe in the next 10 years, we will one

UCL consists of only 17 matches La Liga consists of 38 matches La Liga is more difficult and prestigious to win than UCL if we’re being honest

@_AsiwajuLerry Olise played way more accurate passes than Yamal . Yamal is a joy to watch, but Olise is on another level with technique and brilliance.

As a rival fan, the kind of joy I get watching Lamine Yamal play, I have never gotten anything like that while watching Michael Olise. Please don’t ever compare the two ever again, it’s not remotely close.

No bias but I genuinely think Liverpool should keep Slot next season. There's definitely a chance he can make them great again if they give him a few years

They told you skipping breakfast is dangerous. That your body will panic. That your metabolism will “shut down.” But what if the opposite is true? What if the hours you spend not eating are the only time your body actually gets to fix itself? If you read the 9am post about Mfon and the 1:30pm conversation between Obiageli and Achalugo, you already know what happens emotionally and culturally when you eat six times a day. This post is the biology. What happens in your body when you skip breakfast? Most people have been told it is dangerous. That you will damage your metabolism. That your blood sugar will crash. That you will overeat at lunch. None of this is supported by what the research has actually been showing for the last fifteen years. Here is what actually happens. Around 12 hours after your last meal, your insulin drops to its lowest level of the day. And when insulin drops, everything changes. Your body switches from storage mode to repair mode. It starts cleaning out damaged cells. It starts using stored body fat for fuel. Your growth hormone rises. Your inflammation markers drop. That “sharp” feeling you chase with coffee? That clarity? It shows up naturally when your blood sugar is finally stable. But this only happens if you give your body the space to do it. If you eat every two hours from 7am to 9pm, your body stays in receiving mode all day. No reset. No repair. No cleanup. The 12 hours between dinner and your next meal is not starvation. It is maintenance. It is your body taking out its own trash. This does not mean breakfast is evil. It means breakfast at 7am is not a biological law. It is a habit. And many of the people who lived long, strong lives… were not waking up to eat immediately. If your energy crashes, your cravings feel out of control, or your anxiety shows up like clockwork, your problem may not be what you’re eating. It may be when you’re eating. If you want a well-structured meal plan that actually works with your biology instead of against it, send a WhatsApp message to +2349118909688. Because once you fix your timing, everything else becomes easier.

Crazy how the scariest and most dangerous part of the Artemis ii mission hasn’t even happened yet … which is when they renter earth. Their pod would have to enter the athmosphere at a speed 22times the speed of sound (which would actually be the new record speed any human being have ever traveled).. that speed would heat up their pod to half the temperature of the surface of the sun .. that’s 2500 degrees Celsius…😅 When they pass the athmosphere in these conditions, the parachute of their pod would be deployed and they’d land safely in the Pacific Ocean. So the total success of the mission rests on that 10mins re entry back into earth. Fingers crossed.
