@ATTHelp AT&T shipped to the wrong address after multiple confirmations. UPS logged false delivery attempts & a supervisor promised redelivery that never happened. I paid $300 for nursing care for my medically fragile child to wait. unacceptable. I expect a full resolution.

@UPS please review and escalate this immediately.
