Lots of clubs live in denial and go bust. You’d rather have a team still going in Step Four, even if they’re raw and inexperienced, rather than dropping down or disappearing altogether.

Cruel jokes aside for a moment, Corby probably are doing the right thing here.
You have to be honest/transparent, cut your cloth accordingly, find a squad that want the experience, and get back on an even keel.
