If raw milk is so poisonous and makes us all sick and die, how come we never saw mass waves of death caused by raw milk consumption until the industrial revolution happened? And how come only folks in the cities and not rural parts of America were getting sick? This part is always ignored by critics.

took my car into the dealership for an oil change. they presented me with a long list of problems that needed to be fixed. i declined, but saved the list. took my car in again for another oil change. again, they presented me with a long list of problems that needed to be fixed. strangely, none of the problems from the first list were on the second. my car healed itself!
NotKennyRogers@NotKennyRogers

"I'm here for the $29.99 oil change." "Great. That'll be $75.80."

me: none of the world’s top athletes are carnivore or keto. their performance benefits from carbs. keto/carnivore zealot: what about johann kugelschreiber?! he’s a world record holder! (holds the world record for consecutive pogo stick hops for scorpios over 60 years old.) while johann’s record is impressive, and his diet is obviously working for him, this is not comparable to the world’s top athletes.

i like how you’re completely disregarding that the point i was making was about carbs being beneficial, now shifting the goalposts to arbitrarily defining a diet, and using an ai summary showing facebook as a source. let’s forget about what his diet is called, because whether it be carnivore, vegan, or the candy diet, the issue at hand was carbs for performance, and haaland consumes carbs for performance.

@gymmaxxfit @bcoulal i like how these people move the goalposts from carbs aren’t beneficial, to said athlete is carnivore (disregarding the initial point about carbs), to a diet with meat is carnivore.

there’s been a lot of debate on which type of physique gets more female attention. i’ll settle that right now. with my physique on the left i received a lot of female attention. with my physique on the right i received a lot of female attention.

ronaldo and haaland eat carbs to fuel their performance. but these men, some of the world’s greatest athletes, don’t have a clue. walter the hvac technician, who went from overweight to normal weight on a carnivore diet, knows better and that carbs are unnecessary and serve no benefit.

deadlift, 465 lb x 5 this morning. yesterday i consumed a total of 2 grams of carbohydrates, and prior to this lift i had 0. my pre lift nutrition was espresso with sea salt and coconut oil. i like my keto approach because it helps me to be both strong and lean, and i feel great on it. it works for my lifestyle. but if i was trying to be as strong as possible, or was competing professionally, i would most definitely eat more carbs as they would improve my performance.

If anyone tells you that you need to cut out carbs to lose weight… Run and never listen to anything that person says again I’ve gotten to single digit body fat numerous times while eating 2-4 slices of sourdough bread and 1-2 bagels every day every prep Here’s how I do it and how my clients do it too: -We either track macros or build a meal plan around their lifestyle and schedule -We build meals around foods we enjoy If I make you eat fish and broccoli, and you fucking hate fish and broccoli…I’m setting you up for failure right off the get go. Would never make any client eat something they despise when there are so many good, clean foods out there to eat to get us the results we’re after -We stay in a slight calorie deficit without starving ourselves -IF our schedule allows it, we always try to move more or increase cardio before dropping food to keep food as high as possible for as long as possible More food = more fuel = better training sessions = helps preserve and or build muscle = better metabolism long term - We train hard, lift heavy as fuck, and stay consistent because we’re not burned out or miserable with our food Bread or carbs didn’t make you fat and DOES NOT make you fat Being inconsistent and over eating is what did If you keep jumping from diet to diet, cutting more and more food to “get results”… You’ll never stay lean Because you’ll never stick with it long enough for it to work because you’ll feel like death from not eating enough But when you learn how to lose fat the right way with structure, flexibility, and a plan that fits your life… You stop starting over and hating the process while getting lean eating the foods you actually enjoy eating On top of looking AND feeling better There’s a right way and there’s a wrong way If you wanna see how it’s done the right way, shoot me a message and I’ll show you how my team can help you as well

Lebron James - eats lots of carbs Michael Phelps - eats lots of carbs Erling Haaland - eats lots of carbs Usain Bolt - eats lots of carbs Murray Hill Guy - eats lots of carbs Jim from accounting - nah bro. You can’t have carbs man. All your body actually needs is meat and salt. That’s what our ancestors did.

@GYEDMeat @1Ronin_Jedi again, that’s great, and i am a supporter of low carb approaches. but the worlds top athletes benefit from carbs, and what works for you and me doesn’t change that.

@ZackStrength @1Ronin_Jedi there young. I wouldn't have stopped them if they still worked. When i hit 48 they made me feel worse. I had to figure it out. I wish i knew what I know now when i was 21. I can still compete now.

@HeidiBriones oh some definitely do! for example, i know their are athletes that take lower carb approaches in the off season for body fat reasons and then a higher carb approach in season for the benefits.

that’s great and i’m happy you have found what works for you! a low carb approach serves my lifestyle and goals best as well. but every elite title winner has used carbs for their benefits, and the point i’m making is carbs are beneficial for these individuals. not that you or i should be eating like these elite athletes, not that one can’t perform well on a low carb/carnivore approach, but that the world’s top athletes benefits from carbs.

@ZackStrength @1Ronin_Jedi you will get a boost short term but carbs run through complex I which produses high ROS. Over time your mitochondria degrade quicker. Fats run through complex II which has lower ROS. I am beating my times when i was eating pasta and gels and I do high intensity training.

the elite athlete who consumes red meat and raw milk for their performance benefits, as well carbs such as bread, rice, and pasta for their performance benefits. i don’t know why you people keep trying to use him as proof that carbs aren’t needed for performance when he consumes carbs for performance.

sheesh you people really need to do your research. pete jacobs uses honey on race day and in his prime used more carbs, hall went carnivore to lose weight after competing with carbs, bitter has stated he is not carnivore and uses carbs for training and race day… no olympic weightlifting gold, no tour de france winner, no world record marathon world record, etc. has been accomplished without the benefit of carbs. and btw:
