See, LYK thinks that if Karen and TB had a “good faith” basis to believe what they were saying/pushing was true, it is not defamation. This is simply not the case. In Massachusetts, simply believing a statement is true is not enough to shield someone from defamation liability because truth is not an absolute defense if actual malice (defined as "malevolent intent" or "ill will") is proven, particularly in private matters. Under M.G.L. c. 231 § 92, a truthful statement can still result in liability if published with malicious intent, distinguishing Massachusetts from many jurisdictions. Look up Noonan vs. Staples where actual malice includes “ill-will”. This is a case where even malice “ill-will” trumped even the truth. But, anyone with half a brain knows that TB’s, and Karen’s (through TB) statements were not true. Under Massachusetts law, defamation requires proving five elements: (1) a false statement of fact, (2) about the plaintiff, (3) published to a third party without privilege, (4) with at least negligence by the defendant, and (5) either causing economic loss or qualifying as defamation per se. Defenses are truth, opinion, privilege and sometimes retraction. You can’t sue someone for saying they are “crazy” for example. You can sue someone for saying “has a documented mental disorder” if this false. If you state something as fact, “this person is a murderer” vs “I believe with the evidence I have seen that this person might have committed the crime”. The latter is an opinion. Words matter. Some categories of false statements—called libel per se or slander per se—are so widely understood to be harmful that they are presumed to be injuries. Examples include statements that falsely claim that someone: 1) committed a crime 2) has an infectious disease (often a sexually transmitted infection) 3) lacks professional integrity or competence, or 4) engaged in improper sexual conduct. Then, you have public vs. private individuals. Public figures must show that they were defamed with actual malice. In other words, they must show that the person who defamed them made the false statement knowing it was false, or with reckless disregard for the truth. Public figures include politicians, movie stars, professional athletes, and celebrities. Private figures only need to show that the person who defamed them acted negligently(carelessly) when making the false statement. So, my prediction is that TB is listening to YouTube lawyers and he is going to double down on the evidence that he thinks makes the witnesses culpable and double down on his statements. He’s wrong🤣

Bederow at it again. Using social media to get into matters he obviously doesn’t know the full story of. The scary part is that same Bederow never for once condemned Turtle boy for any of his defamatory tweets or livestreams about Karen Read. Never once did Bederow wrote a single tweet condemning Turtle boy illegal wiretapping or how he sabotaged Karen fundraisings, smeared her and ganged up his cults against her. In fact, Bederow was and still co-hosting with Nurse Kim who was one of the people Turtle boy claimed heard the illegal wiretapping of Karen Read. But not a word from Bederow about this apparent collusion to destroy Karen Read, and Bederow continued to associate with Nurse Kim to date!!! In the last few hours, Turtle boy was on his livestreams publicly shaming and defaming Noah Read, Karen Read’s relative. Accusing Noah Read of sexual misconduct. Not a tweet from Bederow condemning Turtle boy about this. But voila, the cult namely Jimmy, Glarer, Turtle boy and their cohorts have been saturating one sided negative narratives against Attorney Nan Gallagher in regards to what she allegedly said about Kelly Read, a relative of Karen Read. And what did Bederow do? See attached because he can’t keep himself away from useless damaging “drama”. The question is why? Is it a revenge for not being part of Karen Read’s criminal case legal team in the matter between the Commonwealth vs Karen Read? What I also observed was that Melanie Little did a livestream few days ago, and claimed to have had extensive conversations with “the Read’s family” and she took a dig at Attorney Nan Gallagher, her perceived competitor and her perceived enemies. Please note the timeline from the time Melanie Little did this livestream and the time the cult started bashing Attorney Nan Gallagher. The cult went to town bashing Attorney Nan Gallagher with an allegation that Nan said some awful things about Kelly Read. From my observation, it is clear that Kelly Read communicated with Melanie Little and Melanie Little had gossiped about whatever she alleged against Nan to the cult. And that’s the reasons the cults are all over the internet to attack Attorney Nan Gallagher who is on record as a person who has been CONSISTENTLY SUPPORTING KAREN READ. But isn’t it crazy that these cults failed to condemn Turtle boy for the extensive damage he had caused Karen Read? In fact, instead of condemning Turtle boy, they aided and enabled Turtle boy in every possible way in their attempts to fool the public in order to cover up for Turtle boy. Yet, they claimed they loved Kelly Read but can destroy and cash in on Karen Read’s misery? Wow💁🏼💁🏼💁🏼 Any sane minds would deduced that Kelly Read is being used to further destroy her families.
