He just got arrested again... okay, who am I kidding? Of course he was. He chased down a cyclist who simply waved at him, beat him, spat on him, screamed “Gangster Disciples,” and stole his bike. Is Counterfeiting the Stock Market selling or shorting Securities you don't own can't borrow or settle but keeping the money and never deliver.

But it not some thug it's huge firms doing this.
Firms like Citadel, Virtu and Jane Street.
