@d3d_creative @SkyHelpTeam @Sonos @tweethue @bt_uk @SkyUK Did you find a fix for this? Since I moved to Sky fibre my hue will not allow me to connect in the house. Works for out of home when I’m at work I can connect and work the lights. Crazy, no problems for years with BT.

@tweethue I got new broadband today and couldn't get Hue to work, factory reset Bridge and Hue App say it's found Bridge but every time I try to connect it fails. #HELP

Now two weeks with no #SkyBroadband @SkyHelpTeam and still no fix date guaranteed. You would think after the bank holiday and two days strike action @WeAreOpenreach would get a team out to fix it, but no they are as useful as a chocolate kettle.

Thanks @SkyHelpTeam & @WeAreOpenreach for leaving our street with no broadband, now 24hrs and no info when it will be fixed. CB25 0LT

@ProjectStork @KneppWilding It’s was 17:30 I see it Saturday and I left around 09:00 Sunday (today) whether it had flow off in the night and come back I don’t know but it was still on the same chimney in the morning
