I own 3 cars – 2 from Mahindra and 1 from Tata (just 20 days old). Mahindra after-sales = professional & responsive. Tata = poor vehicle quality + worst after-sales support. A new car shouldn’t be a headache. Extremely disappointed. @TataMotors_Cars @Mahindra_Auto

I also saw you struggling in a Video and you yourself saying that there is no place to hold. - Why is the design so poor? Why isn't there any space between the ladder and the seats? What happens when the person in the middle berth or lower berth wants to stretch? - What will a person hold while climbing up? Why can't this be taken into consideration while designing? - Why are the coaches height getting smaller and smaller? Slightly taller people cannot even sit properly on the middle or upper berth. - How is this design friendly for elderly people? - Can you please work on the algorithm to ensure that elders get lower seats? I request you to please use our tax money for increasing number of general coaches and addressing requirements of mass travellers. Definitely Vande Bharat is good, but design is getting extremely sleek and not friendly for Indian travellers. My audience can add more feedback points. #FI
