@diff72840089 정확히는 랜덤한 bool 값을 생성하기 위해 선형 합동 방식으로 여러개의 균등 분포를 생성한 다음, 중심 극한 정리를 사용해 정규 분포를 근사화할 때 사용했습니다. 귀찮아서 앞 부분을 생략했더니 의미가 이상해지긴 했네요.

@kelvinfichter you are right, the 0x68 one is tagged as OP-batcher on etherscan, I was assuming the 0x60 was from OP as well

the moment OP-mainnet started posting blobs on mainnet L1.
interesting, it looks like they are still posting on CALLDATA sometimes (unless I'm looking at the wrong data).

the exact moment Ecotone HF was activated on OP-Sepolia and it started to post blobs instead of calldata on L1. the picture shows the batch inbox on sepolia L1. blobs are coming and we'll see that on mainnet in a few days...
