É verdade. Muitos que eu conheço que tiveram filhos cedo estão frágeis financeiramente. Os que tiveram filhos mais tarde estão melhor. O que é positivo inclusive para a própria criança em vários aspectos. Pais mais estáveis financeiramente conseguem estar mais próximos dos filhos do que alguém que esteja trabalhando insanamente para quitar a casa, por exemplo. O problema é calibrar bem isso, principalmente a questão da fertilidade feminina com o avançar da idade.

libghostty is FAST! Here's a look at vtebench with Ghostling. Reminder: Ghostling is single threaded + blocking render + blocking IO. The point is, you get comparable speed to the fastest dedicated terminals in an embeddable lib! Had to pull out iTerm2 because its so slow. Warning: Ghostling is purple in the first chart but green in the second. Sorry for the confusion. Also, the Unicode results are not correct for Ghostling because Ghostling is getting stuck on worst case "glyph not found" since we only embed one font. So the results are wildly skewed poorly. A result integrator of libghostty would have significantly better performance here. I haven't fully profiled the libghostty C API yet. I think there will be obvious wins to be had. This was just my first check and I am very happy with the results. Comparing libghostty/Ghostling to dedicated terminals is a bit unfair, since dedicated terminals can get away with a lot of performance tricks to go faster that a reusable general purpose terminal emulation library can't do as well. But, I wanted to show this comparison to show that despite that, libghostty still does SUPER well, comparable, and even best-in-class in a couple categories. This is all to say, every embedded terminal experience on earth can be nearly as fast as the fastest native desktop terminals. There are no more excuses. The tide will rise! I've seen a lot of people talk about the Brazilification of the world- I've yet to seen talks about the Californification of Brazil. Brazilian politicians just copy whatever is being discussed in Cali (mandatory age verification, massive gun control,etc) and implement nationwide.

I see some people bashing Claude Code for being in React, but actually I find it a very interesting use case of responsive-TUI. have you tried to ask Claude to render some results as tables? see how the layout responds correctly according to your terminal width/screen layout, seems the team just decided to use the tool that "just works" for them and ship, and there is nothing wrong with that.

pt_BR: @MadeiraMadeira deve ser a pior loja que existe para comprar móveis. tudo corre bem até o montador montar seu móvel errado, daí vc tem que se virar falando com o pior robô de suporte do mundo, feito especificamente para vc não conseguir ser atendido. pense em um pós venda ruim, então... só rezo para resolverem meu problema, mas nunca mais compro nesse lugar.

Sad to see this. And I understand the reasons behind it. Our industry is going through a very serious consolidation right now. I've been here for so long but never seen so many companies shutting down and/or downsizing.
