@doodjester @Balder998 @rawgoatcheese Beans make loud farts, but smelly farts are caused by dairy, eggs, and cruciferous vegetables because they take longer to digest and contain sulfuric compounds. The broccoli and beans aren’t a problem if your BM’s are regular though.

@doodjester @Balder998 @rawgoatcheese Idk you be the judge I guess. I’m not particularly pretty but I do often get mistaken for being in my 20’s. This was me at 34. I have since started lifting (like four months ago) and will take a nice pic when I have the muscle to show off.

@Balder998 @doodjester @rawgoatcheese Even as a vegan, I consider the vegan steaks and bacon to be occasional treats. They’re made to be nutritionally and texturally similar to animal steak, so they still don’t hold a candle to beans and rice or seitan or tofu
