@Qantas #Fail again. Spent 3 calls of >90 mins duration. Twice confirmed booked. Third time told me booking was cancelled. No explanation, no record. Just we are busy. Fuji call centre staff don't appear to be trained

@Coles -- customer service dropping calls... is this normal? Still chasing refund on failed delivery 1st December. Making it really hard to ever do internet grocery shopping again I'm afraid. Shame, because it seems a good fit and was needed if isolating!

Impressive capture

Managed to convince my wife to use #Coles delivery. Big mistake. Arrived 3 days late, in 3 separate deliveries and had to debate with the unhelpful phone Customer service (dropped call, talking to family) about missing many items and now having to prove they are missing!

@stevenmiller77 Can’t speak for this group- sounds prosperity based. “The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil”. Most Christian churches by contrast are busy helping, serving their community. A popular misconception no tax is paid-like all not for profit they do and employees likewise.
