A single decker coach to replace a 6 carriage train and only one very 1/2 hour...

@ScotRail Ridiculous rail replacement service today in glasgow. No staff at stations to guide people where to wait. No information about if you’re on the right bus. Bus driver frankly rude when asked a question about which direction bus going.
