@easyJet your UI on both web and mobile app is diabolical when trying to cancel a flight. There are no links on radio buttons that allow you to do this. You get sent round in a revolving spiral with no way to do this nor is there a customer service number to call. Please fix this

Hi @easyJet - please show some consideration for us colourblind folk - after travelling for many a year, for the first time I wasn't able to find my seat on Monday's flight EZY206 due to the colours used for the numbering and had to ask a fellow passenger to show me my row.

@G2DEVRHF @easyJet Check in only opens 2 hours before departure, doesn't it? The 3 hours thing is a myth for short haul, it is usually check in opens 2 hours out and closes 1 hour out (though I think easyJet actually closes a bit nearer departure than that).

My @easyJet flight from Gatwick south Terminal is due to leave at 0620hrs, I was told to be here for 0300hrs, we're here with others waiting for the staff to turn up it's now 0620hrs. If we're late in booking in we don't fly, where the he'll are they?

@OliviaWxtmu Hi Olivia. Cakes are allowed to be in a cabin bag only, it needs to meet size requirements (stored in the overhead locker or under the seat in front) easyjet.com/en/help/baggag…. They cannot be held on passengers' knees and the cabin crew will not store it either. Thanks, Afika

🚨💣 ÚLTIMA HORA: La compañía área más conocida como Easy Jet, deja en tierra a un centenar de aficionados del Atlético de Madrid horas antes del partido ante el Tottenham Hotspur en Londres. La aerolínea ha comunicado a los pasajeros que el retraso se debe a un pinchazo en una de las ruedas del avión.
