Not the character- but i did not get ANY character of a specific category. basically, pretend there are 3 star, 4 star, and 5 star anemo characters in a pool you can summon. you spend over 5,000 bucks usd (i spent more than this....) and you do not get a single 5 star anemo character. that is a boiled down version of what happened to me.
