Love it when you can get drill and shaver in the middle of the ACL to preserve the remnant and create a “jacket” around your reconstruction, doesn’t always look like this though! #orthotwitter #onlyshowthegoodones

Really enjoyed writing this with the team lead by @hurinouille! For so long the dogma of 1mm equals 1 degree has been used for joint preservation surgery.
This can lead to inaccurate corrections, planning is a key part of planning your osteotomy.
