One thing about paid AI services is that you can do upscaling to 4K pretty quickly using high-quality dual attention transformer models. But on consumer hardware, even a few-second clip takes forever to upscale. Left is without upscale. Though I guess with open source, you can make anything you want without censorship restrictions

@paulbettner @elonmusk Waymo uses hd maps, Tesla has an end to end generalized ai solution. Basically waymo hard coded the solution for specific locations whereas Tesla is actually solving the problem in a generalized way that scales
