After payment, they were told they’ll go for their bio metrics the following week but Weeks passed No updates. No calls. No emails. Nothing. At first, they thought maybe it was just delays. You know how these processes can be. But then things started to feel off. They tried reaching out—no response. They went back to the office in Lagos… and it was closed.
