@ghdHelp @ghd Very disappointed that my GHD straighteners bought by hubby for my 50th & they’re personalised has a fault!!! They are 3yrs old & I don’t use them frequently! My old Remingtons lasted over 8yrs…. ☹️😡

£200 pair of @ghd straighteners broke just outside of the warranty and they won’t replace them! Bearing in mind these are actually a replacement pair for ones that broke 2 years ago! Can’t believe it’s ok for a £200 product to only last 2 years…..

@ghdHelp my faithful ghd hair straighteners stopped working this morning after 18 years loyal service. They were like an old friend and we travelled the world together 😢 any recommendations for a new pair as I guess a lot has changed since I got these almost 20years ago 🤣

@ghdHelp I bought a hairdryer in 2020, I rarely use it however the last time I used it everything was fine. I went to use today and NOTHING. Tried changing the fuse. Zilch. Fuming! If I used regularly then I wouldn't mind, but probably 6 times a year!
