@thetrainline hello - the train I was on cancelled my destination station whilst I was on the train and I had to get a taxi to my final destination. Is there a way I can claim for this including the taxi costs? The app was not helpful

@DFSCare visiting my elderly parents for the first time in a while. Disgusted to find this has happened to their £1k 2year old seat. They paid for the 5year guarantee but were so intimidated by the customer service rep that visited after 6months that they haven’t done anything.

@DFSCare Since then the tears have appeared in the seat - now they are reluctant to call again due to the previous experience. They spent a lot of money on this chair and have the five year guarantee- I would like someone to get touch and repair the damage for them. Thank you

@DFSCare They came when my Mom was alone at home and the rep said it was normal due to the oils in hair, when she explained that my Dad, who uses chair, doesn’t have hair, he said that’s even worse. Everything my Mom said he had an answer for and wouldn’t do anything to repair the damage.

@ghdHelp my faithful ghd hair straighteners stopped working this morning after 18 years loyal service. They were like an old friend and we travelled the world together 😢 any recommendations for a new pair as I guess a lot has changed since I got these almost 20years ago 🤣

@GNRailUK today I left a nappy bag on the train when I disembarked at Cambridge North. Unfortunately as well as nappies it also contained my wallet and only set of house keys 😭 The train staff have been unable to locate it. If someone took it trying to help please let me know ❤️

@OntheBeachUK random question. I’m looking a booking a holiday and bringing my 2yr old. I don’t need a pushchair or car seat for most of the time. What happens with airport transfers? Will they still pick us up if we don’t have a car seat for the 2yr old?

@monzo The secret is to not explain where you can that it’s for a wedding so the wedding tax doesn’t get added. I was quoted £200 for my ‘wedding make-up’ and ended up getting exactly the same thing for £50 as ‘party make-up’
