I am in ukraine living off the money I get from airbnb. Why are you doing this to me

@AirbnbHelp 20hours and the account is still delisted inspite of customer care telling it was an error on their end! Have sent direct messages to you multiple times. Can you please tell me what should be done in this case

@AirbnbHelp HMDPBXTSPK and HMHCAMW2MR guests paid airbmb and stayed at the property. Airbnb deactivated my account due to an error but did not pay me the amount I was supposed to recieve. It's been a week now that the amount is pending. When are you gonna send

Airbnb says: 'Your reservation was canceled because it was made with a host that can no longer accept payments.' @AirbnbHelp account locked for no reason. Had roughly received 2000 USD worth of booking on my airbnb in kyiv ukraine fr honourable guests around the world to support my family. And you guys blatantly banned my account and cancelled all my bookings. I was living off that money

@AirbnbHelp Hi my bookings HMHCAMW2MR and HMDPBXTSPK aren't paid inspite of hosting the guests in the past and airbnb has taken money from both the guests.

Another way people are supporting Ukraine Hosts: booking Experiences they aren't going to do. All fees are waived

@bchesky @AirbnbHelp Customer support tell it was an error but still no clue when I will get the account back! This error of yours made me lost 50000 UAH which otherwise would have helped my family survive this hostile situationthat ukraine is into. Super disappointed with the way u are handling this

@AirbnbHelp Hi my account is delisted for no reason. Customer support say there was an error on their end. I am in Ukraine and airbnb is my source of income. Had 50000 uah worth of bookings cancelled due to this error. What you are doing to a refugee like me is depressing and stressful

@bchesky Hi @bchesky me & my family rented out a home in kyiv and recieved 9 bookings worth 50000UAH from guests all over the world. I never asked or forced any guest to book my property. I was thankful for their gesture. Yesterday @AirbnbHelp canceled all bookings without any reason

@GoalGypsy @Airbnb That's because @AirbnbHelp has a stupid security system in place that no one understands. There have been tons and tons of complaints like mine and airbnb doesn't seem to care. They don't care about 🇺🇦. It is all a marketing gimmick.

@bchesky @AirbnbHelp I am dependent on that money to feed my family. I messaged airbnb multiple times but they give no reason at all. Already under so much pressure due to the situation in ukraine and airbnb makes it worse. They even locked my account without any reason and explanation.
