@ibbu Bake it at 180 degrees for 30mins and then 3-5 mins at broil setting. Keep an eye on it when its at broil setting as it suddenly turns brown and might burn if you dont take them out immediately.

@courageouswrage Thank you so much, also regarding the pastry sheets, I tried the store bought sheets but each time I bake it for the recommended time, it looks good but when I eat them, the inside layers are raw, any tip for this?

@ibbu I add custard powder instead of cornstarch to thicken it because the custard powder adds in a nice flavour. Cook it until the apple sauce thickens let it cool and then add a dash of cinnamon powder and a little bit of vanilla essence.
