I’d prefer not to be called a coper for giving Jokić grace this run. Has he dropped? Yes, indubitably. But 1) his true peak (easily) was ‘22-‘24. 2) Even after the v. Wemby classic, I acknowledged he wasn’t nearly as good as he was pre-injury. He has regressed.

@DOC323123 Nope, but C’s, OKC, Spurs are more likely to see the kinda success we’ve seen from past eras because Shai/Wemby/Tatum/Brown don’t have deep flaws in their games like Jokic (defense) or Giannis (shooting) have. They’re going to be remembered more along the lines of Dirk, Hakeem.

I cannot agree on the Denver front. They have had more than enough around Joker this era. Giannis I would be somewhat inclined to agree but he has a loss to an eight seed as a 1 seed on his resume where he actively ran from the ball in crunch time of the elimination game.
