Today, I was informed that the State has appealed ICO's decision for the then Ministry of National Planning to disclose the Maldives National Spatial Plan that was drafted (and discarded) during the previous administration

Bizzare that locals are not demanding better health care services & are hell bent on getting a half assed airport with sandhoah luggage belt, asphalt roads. Its unfortunate that we longer have Technological Ministry or Minister. Otherwise, i would like to suggest that now is the next* best time as a country for us to move to FOSS & save millions of Dollar that are being wasted.
