Congresswoman Maxine Waters says she is a victim of racist attacks:
"They don't say racist things, but they do say that they don't like something I said."
@libsoftiktok This country has gone to s($&t. Not the country I joined the military to protect and serve. Sad what a minority of Americans are going to control the majority. So glad my kids are older
The Grand Jury has acted upon the facts and the law.
No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence.
Hopefully, the former President will peacefully respect the system, which grants him that right.
In a natural extension of my service since I was first elected to Congress, I have joined the growing numbers of Arizonans who reject party politics by declaring my independence from the broken partisan system in Washington and formally registering as an Arizona Independent. 1/3
For years, we’ve had an economy that didn’t work for working people.
Through our investments, we laid the foundation for an economy built from the bottom up and the middle out – getting economic relief for folks who needed it the most.
I campaigned to restore the backbone of this country: the middle class and unions.
Over the last two years that’s what we’ve been doing.
Americans are working.
The economy is growing.
Incomes are rising faster than inflation.
As a nation we have many obligations, but we have only one truly sacred obligation: to prepare our men and women in uniform when we send them into harm’s way — and to care for them and their families when they return home.
And I promise: we will meet our obligation.
We're seeing initial signs that inflation is coming down.
This week we saw that the increase in prices businesses pay for goods and services moderated. Gas prices are down. And prices for things like clothes and TVs are going down.
That's good news as we head into the holidays.
@POTUS You are totally a slave to the green new deal. Otherwise you wouldn’t blame everyone for your failed policies, correction, they are not your policies your just a shill. Why not open all forms of energy but impose high emission standards? Seems pretty simple to me.
If oil companies were investing their profits in their operations at historic rates, America would be producing more oil today and prices would be down even further.
Rather than giving Americans a break, they are sending their excess profits back to shareholders and executives.
