Brilliant idea? We love and appreciate our fellow Africans brothers and sisters, but South Africa must be given a chance to sort out our problems first before consideration of open borders. We come from a difficult evil past, made worse by the compromised ANC in the last 32 years. Those who wish for a borderless Africa, start it in countries which gained independence long before us. As South Africans, we will follow developments, and hopefully one day after many years of the removal of the ANC, future generations might consider, depending on the success of the project. At the moment, count South Africa out.

We are pleased and proud with the performance and contribution of our member of Parliament, Alan Beesley for his role in demonstrating to the Minister of Finance that there was no need to increase VAT. Just capacitate Treasury to collect. We did not have to go to Court, but submit practical measures for revenue collection. We are overall vindicated.
