@meltmyskin the fast wasn’t useless!! people do intermittent fasting like this all the time because it gives your body more time to use your fat stores for energy (ketosis) instead of it coming from the food that you eat throughout the day :) at the end of the day it’s cals in cals out

i KNOW it is a stupid question but like... if i did a 21 hours fast and then ate 1000 calories, the fast was useless?
