After some time on the @mygamesir G7 Pro ZZZ. I can confidently say without a shadow of a doubt that these are the best sticks on a Xbox controller period. I want to go over all my pros and cons of this controller. I will be making a fully in-depth video on this soon but for now a long tweet will suffice. Let’s start with the sticks. Having 12bit sticks is actually game changing, with over 4000 points from center to edge (I’m unsure of the exact number some sources say 6k some say 4k so) is insanely valuable. It makes your inputs so insanely precise. Coming from a controller that had about 250 it changes so much having almost 20x that. My second favorite thing is the software, which some parts are controversial I know (looking at you RC filters) my fav part is customs curves. Allowing me to have a better curve for my strafe input has helped me so much. Basically I have a much larger outer deadzone which makes my strafes more responsive. The latency is also decently better than other controllers (this is coming from a console player, so it will be locked at 250hz polling rate) There are a few things I don’t like about this controller though. Paddles/bumpers, they feel great and have great latency but it’s the placement and number of them. A pro controller with 4 extra buttons feels fine on paper, but after playing with the Razer Wolverine series for coming on 3 years I really have came to love the extra buttons. And mainly where they are. I’ve heard issues with the dpad having double click issues. At this moment I don’t have that but I also don’t use my dpad often so it’s not the worst thing if it is a big issue. The dongle of plugged in but used wirelessly can make your Xbox assume it’s a mouse input which is really weird. It’s popped up a few times for me. Overall this will be my main controller. Having 20x more precise sticks is genuinely insane. Overall I think on paper the Vader V5.1 Pro is better (they released an updated version that fixed issues with the stick tension and paddles) since it has the lowest and highest tension sticks on the market and they can be adjusted. I really am wanting for @myFlydigi to release the v5 pro on Xbox. Instead of it being pc exclusive. I next am wanting to review the apex 5 of theirs (the Xbox equivalent but it lacks the 4 back paddles) So my overall thoughts on this controller is, if it had slightly better placement for the back paddles (they are too big mainly) and had 4 of them it would be the best controller on the market. Hands down. Whenever I swap to pc I’m going to review the Vader V5 pro, the Razer v3 8k, the g7 8k, and possibly a Marius board related controller. Controller technology has came a long way since 2024 and I think this controller is one of the best examples of it. If u read this all thank you!!! ❤️❤️❤️

@GhostlyCairokee In the Discord for GameSir Official, they’ve made it clear that there’s no intention of bringing it back due to the controversy. They’re talking about adding stages that bring the filters back, but only in ways to don’t appear to be overpowered or dramatic enough.

بنسبه تتجاوز 90% بيرجعون فلتر RC Fillter مستقبلًا ونسبة انهم يحسنونه ويشتغلون عليه أكثر تتجاوز 100% ليه واثق انهم بيرجعونه؟ لأن من الأساس مافي منطق من حذفك له، سبب حذفك هو بكاء بعض اللاعبين وصارت موجة بكاء شارك فيها حتى لاعبين الماوس وصار الكل يهبد بشكل عشوائي ومو عارفين فائدة هالخيار او حتى سلبيته بس مع القطيع، ومنظمة بطولات APEX ضغطت من جانب آخر على قيم سير لذلك GameSir ماكان عندهم الا أنهم يختارون عدم التصادم مع هذه الموجه، ونزلوا Firmware خاص لأي لاعب محترف مُشارك في بطولة ALGS، وهذا التحديث بشكل عام يعطل مزايا زي التيربو الماكرو الفلتر، وهذي متطلبات ALGS بحيث يكون فيه عدالة منافسة ( في نظر ALGS 😂 ) بعد إنتهاء بطولة ابيكس، الحل المنطقي بنسبة 100% أن الفلتر يرجع، وتكون قيم سير أرضت الجميع وبكذا يكون الحل المُناسب المنطقي: وجود Firmware خاص في اي لاعب هدفه البطولات، بكذا انت عزلت لاعب البطولات وخليته نظامي 100% وترجع الفلتر لباقي اللاعبين وصل الله وبارك .. "وبنزل تغريدة خاصه أخرى عن كيف ان ALGS من الأساس تفتقر لعدالة المنافسة، وتطالب به "
