@The_PrenderCast The AFL/media have allowed the rort of academies to get mixed up with Father and Sons. They should have always have been seen as separate. You might not have a decent F&S for 20 years. Academies are fair more frequent.

Never let it be forgotten the AFL talked about tightening this process up for years, held off to allow Brisbane and especially the Suns one last trip to the well, and only then moved to tighten the tap. People wont care because it’s Carlton getting fucked, but it’s outrageous.

@superfooty The academies and Father and Sons should be treated differently. The Suns have rorted the system and there needed to be changes to it years ago. Don't lose something so unique to Aussie Rules because of it. Just get rid of and discount and make clubs pay fair value.

@andybuds23 Just think if the list in 22' had Mitchell or McRae as head coach, would we be in this position now? I think the club have finally got some good people in the right roles, but they need to nail their next few decisions big time.

For Voss supporters who say players must take responsibility. True but a tough, hard coach would have told players long ago, i dont care who you are, you've chucked the towel in one too many times so you're out, earn your spot back or stay out. Voss makes an example of no one.

Another coach will go. Won't change players just quitting when opposition teams get on a roll. Young players make mistakes - they are so far from the issue. It's the supposed leaders and senior core that need to wake up. You fight for four quarters or you don't play.

@backwiththeflyt But he didn’t. And they arguably wouldn’t have been in SF without his EF performance. But that’s past. His wing positioning is first class. Works hard defensively to allow overload which helps ball move back to front. He’s Carlton’s best out and out winger.
