@BNBehrens I think the main problem is that Congress has given up too much their power to Presidents. They’re not acting as the balance of power they’re supposed to be. From my understanding they’ve given up more and more each cycle, going back to Obama at least.

I think it’s time we seriously consider abolishing the role of the presidency in the US.

So my question of the day is, what comics did you buy at least partially because they were fun to read? What characters did you look forward to, if any, because they had a fun factor, or a sense of humor to them? 3/

I loved working at DC, still do, but there was a long, long time where you couldn't put the word 'fun' in an outline or pitch. It just seemed to be toxic to editorial. That has changed, but for a while, it meant almost every book had to be really grim and dark. 1/

So disappointed when I bought this at a used bookstore as a kid and found out it featured nothing like the fun of an Avengers story or the humor of David Letterman. Two of my favorites.

Pretty funny take

My son had his first car accident (it wasn’t his fault). As someone who’s had many car accidents when I was young, I’m weirdly proud of him.

Last time I can shave my head before my son’s last day of school. He has never seen me with hair before so he says I have to grow it out for his Senior year.
