@HMRCcustomers That's good to know, it's been 4 weeks and I am paid weekly, they were not aware of the tax code change a week ago, I'm on 40 minute hold with HMRC not good customer service.

@marklongbottom_ Hi Mark, tax code takes up to 10 working days to reach the employer. The employer would operate the code at the next available payroll run. Thanks, Anas

@marklongbottom_ mark that is a very reasonable point. But it was deliberate! There was some booing at the start but it faded quickly. It sounded bad on air, but I took my cans off to check and it was very minimal to be utterly frank in the stadium. That is the honest position!

@KirkleesCouncil No problem, I was trying to get help on a Wednesday between 1pm and 3pm. I have basically taken screenshots as you don't provide any logical possibility for anyone to effectively print Council Tax bills.

@marklongbottom_ Good Afternoon, Its great to hear you have resolved the issue. May I point out the webchat function is monitored from 8.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday. I will have the link checked but there is no reported fault on there currently but I will request it is checked. Regards ^MB

@KirkleesCouncil Hopefully I've worked around this now, this information should be added to the on-screen details. Better still if people can click a button that says Online Help or Chat then someone should be there to respond.
