@Strongarm55LBC @TheLordOfThePug @LPNH Wasn't interfering - was stood at the roadside recording, as per his 1A rights. Had a concealed weapon which he never drew, and which he had the proper permit for, per his 2A rights
If youre pretending his killing was justified, dont ever claim to support those rights ever again

@TheLordOfThePug @LPNH What was he doing interfering with legitimate LE operations with a gun??? What in the world is any sane person doing behaving that way with a weapon? Stay the fuck away from LE operations; especially if you’re armed

Amulet player got spelunking 3 amulet, and a forest in play, plays grazer into shifting woodland triggering amulet 3 times to add extra mana, wichi is ilegal play, players around call the judge and after 20+ minutes the headjudge say its legal play 1/2

@carapintada13 Back when we had GPs, on the Friday before the main event, the judges would have seminars. We would discuss important interactions in the format, especially the weird ones like Heliod + Starfield of Nyx. This absolutely would have been covered - its a bad one to get wrong.

@daniel_brodie @carapintada13 Yes, and this is not a replacement effect. If there are no other replacement effects, Spelunking's effect applies and the land enters untapped. The player does not get a choice unless there is another replacement effect.

@carapintada13 The judge in question also gave me an egregious ruling during the FF PT - and then gets called to head judge an RC - there's a clear downfall of judge quality lately - and it should be addressed @fanfinity_mtg

Order @UberUK; app says trip will cost £26. Driver takes me round the houses, and when I finally get dropped off the app charges me £63. MORE THAN DOUBLE

But Indeed allows employers to post ads without a salary & doesnt let jobseekers filter out those results. Indeed is part of the problem

@Em_TeeGee The comments on stream are the exact opposite of what enfranchised/competitive players (the ones who actually play RCQs) want to hear, and the clarification/walkback above does little to improve upon it

@Em_TeeGee I have zero faith the post-breach format will be healthy (should have done more than only ban breach) and the soft commitment to "no bans during modern season" leaves me with even less confidence that this season will be enjoyable

If something new comes out and is very much broken, it's possible we would take action- the bar is just fairly high. We are still committed to creating a world in which people can confidently build and acquire cards for decks for the RCQ season.

@blakepr @Em_TeeGee Given the WeeklyMTG discussion, could you clarify your stance on Modern for the June 30 B&R announcement? For example, if something from Tarkir or Final Fantasy proves broken, will you take action (even if no changes during Modern RCQ season would be ideal)?

They still hit it at the earliest scheduled b&r right? They didnt say "its b&r time, but were not touching modern because its modern season" - they just went ahead and banned it

@marquoth They actually refused to ban Nadu for like 6 weeks after it crushed the Pro Tour *because* it was in RCQ season.

Apparently bannings are off the table in Modern until September at the earliest, no matter how bad things might get, because they next announcement comes during Modern RCQ season.
