I want… a job.. to feel successful and fulfilled and live contentedly in my own space again. I want to feel like 6.5 years as a 2D dev artist in a small studio meant something, that it wasn’t a waste, and for a recruiter to see that time spent and give me a chance.

@christheFER - having a humidifier on during the colder/drier months - taking what I learned from yoga into my other workouts, so deeper, longer breaths even when my heart is pounding - and the hardest one: not stressing/thinking about my breathing😛 which is hard with the pandy

@christheFER - overall posture: when I take breaks I do some wall angels and some mobility work. Personally, my back was just too weak to carry big ol head full of spongebob quotes so I worked on strengthening that. I had some pinched nerves somewhere along my back too so physio helped too.

Does anyone else just find themselves not breathing regularly throughout the day? If so, what do you do to help remedy this?

I was so stoked to get cast these shots for Ron, and poured everything I had in them :) There was a tight collab with FX as they did the water sim while I animated, so there was a good deal of back and forth. I always really enjoy working with other departments. #animation

Demo reels are kind of like year books. Each time I put an #animationreel together, I'm reminded of all the lessons learned, friends made, places travelled, copious amounts of laughter, and lots and lots of lunchtime ramen.
