@NikkiHaley It’s much harder for us to win this war if the only standard by which we win is a complete regime change with limited casualties. It’s almost impossible to get regime change because America has no tolerance for the loss of life of any soldiers but we must get the uranium.

Don’t mistake this ceasefire as a loss for Iran. Their strategy has always been delay, delay, delay. In their view, they are winning. Our next steps are critical— we can’t let up the pressure on their missiles or proxies and we need to remove every bit of the enriched uranium.

It is being reported that China intervened and specifically asked Iran to accept the ceasefire with the US. If that is true, many analysts will be proven right that the Iran conflict was really about global conflict and competition with China. Big if true.
