2.5 months ago, I was nearly in tears watching the police rip all my plants up and dump all my grove bags into trash bags to remove. A month before that I’d learned my 3 year relationship was cheating on me because I was “too busy,” my truck blew up, I lost my job in the automotive industry and my dad had a potential resurgence of the cancer.
Today, I’m smoking on Giraffe Puzzy from AngelCity courtesy of @ganjapreneur16 as well as some phenomenal tallymon live rosin from @beardedroots420 my clone collection is 5x better than it was, my dads still cancer free, my dog is heartworm free. I’m in the middle of one of the most promising hunts I’ve had and working a phenomenal job to fund the garden till it’s autonomous.
Point being, my world felt like it was ending not even 3 months ago. Today? Life is pretty good.

@PedroGuiti Not sure how the harness (claude code vs codex) plays into it. But using the same harness on both (cursor), gpt is faster. And when I use claude code it’s annoyingly slow sometimes. Sometimes it’s faster. But I don’t have that annoyance with gpt. Never used codex.
English

@PedroGuiti This image is from a google search “claude spinner almost finished working”. But the task doesn’t matter. My point is that Claude is slow. Same task in gpt (5.5) often finishes much faster (than sonnet/opus).

@Adidotdev 100. And I don’t do code reviews. I do functional testing and ship. And so will everyone else in six months.

@eachpchpearplm @yonosayway @pemilo123 Hell yeah! Now that’s a productive reply. No excuses. No diseases. Just a choice. Lock in, or don’t.

@Sherifdeenolat2 I don’t normally say useful things here. But anyone who truly wants to succeed with apps needs to hear this. Don’t build it. Launch ads and test the market with a landing page. Build the funnel. Then worry about the product.
This is free game I promise.
English

@yonosayway @pemilo123 currently writing a novel, hardware engineering a lab grade sensor array, traveling at the beach, looking at restaurant locations, working on my tenth album, watching tv, working on an ai based workflow engine, and arguing with retards on x. And I won’t finish any of it. Pussy.

@moeyield @pemilo123 Nah you have absolutely no idea the hell it is to be adhd.
English

@pemilo123 If you want adderral go to any psychiatrist in america and say anything. Literally say anything. You’ll be diagnosed with adhd.

@tokio18970340 A tamale. Pronounced Tah-mah-lee. There are different fillings. Shredded pork, beef, green chiles, etc. Some people even put a single green olive inside. I don't know why.

@kapilansh_twt As someone who moved to the martech world lately, and as a builder, I can say that marketing is much harder. Otherwise I’d be rich. I can build a hundred products a month. But I can’t sell anything.
English

@Ben_grows It’s easy to spot dudes with big (or maybe little) insecurities. They make such posts.
Also, forgive me, but weed sellers calling themselves trappers is wild to me. I’m old tho. Selling weed is nothing like selling heroin in a trailer park.

@garybernhardt I’ve run many a/b tests where we give the user a “better” product, or give them a change they ask for. Almost invariably, the “better” product converts at a lower rate and makes less revenue. For some reason, people like being hustled and buying trash.
English

@Venkydotdev I make my Ai write code better than the next guy. That’s literally it. Some people still talking about hallucinations and “it doesn’t understand big apps”. The people
Successful tomorrow don’t have that issue. But even that moat will dry soon.
