19.5 years at Oracle. His first company. Nearly two decades of loyalty, ended with a cold email. Not even a conversation from his manager. Just an automated goodbye. This should worry everyone. Imagine the taxes he’s paid over 20 years. And when he needs support the most, there’s nothing, no safety net from the company, no meaningful protection from the system. This is the harsh reality, taxpayers carry the system for years, but when they fall, they’re left to fend for themselves.
