@nwitte I always thought common practice is to pour sani on the valves before capping them. Maybe that’s just an NYC craft thing, but everywhere I’ve worked, that’s what we did for this very reason

@jennypfafflin I love all of this. I want a closer look at that first faucet he was pouring from. It looked at first like he was only putting half the spout over the glass but then it looked like there was a smaller spout extending out of it.
