The violence of 1942 did not begin the way some try to portray it. Thousands of Rohingya civilians were massacred, and hundreds of thousands were forced to flee their homes in Arakan. For decades, Rohingya have endured killings, displacement, statelessness, and genocide.

Despite immense challenges and ongoing conflicts, we remain committed to standing with our people. Our teams are working tirelessly on the ground, delivering your donations and support to those who need it most.

In 2025, hundreds of Rohingya lost their lives crossing the Bay of Bengal and Andaman Sea. In 2026, the situation has become even deadlier. We are deeply saddened by reports that approximately 250 men, women,and children are missing at sea after a boat carrying Rohingya refugees.
