@BBC_Travel can you offer any advice on compensation when a flight is transferred to a different airport & then delayed for several hours? @TUIUK have rejected our claim but the flight was for 4 1/2 hrs

@SimonCalder Please help or advise Crystals changed our departure airport from Toulouse to Barcelona due to landslide. On arrival at airport, Departure was delayed over 4 1/2 hrs TUI say there is no grounds for compensation as delay was due to landslide! But delay was at airport

@crystalski seriously NOT happy with your service. Still waiting on call back after you changed our airport to over 140 miles away, changed flight time & lost our seat reservation. Do we even have a holiday? Helpline can't answer us as its with another advisor
