@DanSchneierNFL Surely the strength of Harbaugh is not that he got every decision right, was that he didn't double down, and knew when to change when he got it wrong.

I’m nervous about the Giants vacant offensive coordinator role. I trust in Harbaugh, but the remaining options are unproven. Weiss Jr, Webb, etc sound exciting & might be, but trusting an OC who never called NFL plays to call them carries risk. Is it too late for Kafka? 😂

Giants will still need to go through the interview process since the Rooney Rule applies to coordinators, but Monken, who has had other interviews (including for Browns HC) has been expected to join Harbaugh. More possibilities at DC: Zach Orr, Dennard Wilson, Anthony Weaver, Joe Cullen among the names to keep in mind

Having not spoken to him yet or being given any confirmation that he does, indeed, want the job... I'd think John Harbaugh would be a perfect fit in New York with the Giants. A QB, several pass rushers, a number 1 wide receiver, 2 young RBs, cap space, and a top 5 pick.
