AWS, are you serious? The overwhelming options and UI on every screen... There must be a faster way to build on AWS than this?

@byLuocca @pdesjardins The “bad” part is that all these options still exist in CloudFormation and in CDK (sometimes with more opinionated defaults than CloudFormation). You should try to understand what they are medium-term

@byLuocca @pdesjardins I personally prefer CloudFormation (with YAML templates), since it offers total control over what you do. CDK has constructs that let you choose less things, but you can still dive deep and control everything at detail

Which tool do you use to find which line:col a jsonl file is broken at? I found this Perl one liner to give the answer: perl -ne 'use JSON qw(decode_json); chomp; decode_json($_)' in.jsonl unexpected end of string while parsing JSON string, at character offset 2835 (before "(end of string)") at -e line 1, <> line 3594309 It tells me the exact line and col here, which I can either edit to fix, or I can just remove that line if I don't care for it sed -i '3594309d' in.jsonl Voila, the jsonl can now be loaded by HF datasets, etc. But one has to install the Perl JSON package from CPAN, so I can't easily give it to others to use. Surely someone wrote a diagnostics tool that has no dependencies? I don't care for the language. Thank you.
