On that basis, if you claim to have evidence of wrongdoing, the appropriate course of action is to present it to the Federal Ministry of Justice, which is responsible for prosecution under Nigerian law, including the Terrorism (Prevention) Act and the Administration of Criminal Justice Act. The reality remains that individuals who pass through the Deradicalization, Rehabilitation and Reintegration programme are not randomly selected. They have gone through judicial processes and are either acquitted, have served their sentences, or have been assessed by competent legal authorities as eligible within the provisions of the law.
