Alright friends, for those of you following along at home, here’s an update on the Tyler Robinson-Lance Twiggs text message saga, with new details and exchanges from the recently unsealed search warrant sent to Apple.
This affidavit is dated: September 17, 2025 @ 4:10 PM
That’s about 28 hours AFTER the public got its first glimpse at the now infamous “my love” text exchange detailed in the initial September 16 charging documents.
I found the format of the search warrant affidavit jumbled so I decided to recreate it in more reader friendly way so that we can compare this new release with what we’ve already been given.
I copy and pasted directly from the court documents, in the exact order these text conversations are laid out in the search warrant affidavit. I included page number and paragraph for reference above each new break in the affidavit.
(You’ll quickly understand why I’m telling you this since the conversations are clearly not in chronological order of occurrence. This was the doing of the Utah State police, not me.)

@Lynmorales @Villgecrazylady For some reason, they are not getting him a new lawyer. There were several very high ranking lawyers in the US willing to be on his defense pro bono. They were all turned down. It’s state controlled for some reason.

Probably most interesting to me is that they only requested Apple give them the data/messages occurring between August 27th 2025 and September 12th 2025.
The August 27th date is the date TPUSA posted the college tour schedule to Facebook.
Like… I guess we’re supposed to believe that this homicidal hate Tyler had for Charlie Kirk sprang out of nowhere on August 27th? Why would they not want to read messages prior to the day Tyler supposedly started hatching his plan? That’s weird.
Does Tyler Robinson even have a Facebook?
(I included gray boxes of Lance’s email just incase X wants to be gaye about private info. Yes it’s obviously public but still, we’ve seen it before. The original court docs do not include these.)

The fed slop is getting nauseating.
He was arrested by Brian Davis of the Utah SBI at 2200 on September 11.
That means he couldn’t have arrived at the Washington County Sheriff’s office AFTER that. And it means he wasn’t first arrested the next day.
Facts are stubborn things.

What @baroncoleman is lying to you all about is when Tyler was arrested, which was on 9/12. He arrived at the Sheriff’s office at 9pm on the 11th but wasn’t officially in custody until the 12th. The transcripts with timestamps begin by stating “the evening of his arrest” (9/12), so the timestamps start at 6:25 PM on the 12th, not the 11th. You’d think a lawyer would know this. He also knows his viewers are too gullible to check his grifter slop. Bet he filled his pockets with superchats from his gullible audience.
