Being with the Montgomery Association ministers and wives at their luncheon today was a special treat. I deeply appreciate Neal Hughes and these other choice servants of God. They are a blessing to my life.

So grateful to be preaching during three worship services on Sunday a.m. at First Baptist Opelika. This church is strategic in reaching east Alabama, and well beyond, with the Gospel. They are very generous in giving through the Cooperative Program and much appreciated for their widespread involvement in ministries and missions.

@randycdavistbc @PastorJFC Steve was truly a man of God. He sought to always be faithful to the Lord. His prayer life and his genuine commitment to share Jesus characterized the way he lived.

Pam and I join a host of others who are mourning the passing and celebrating the life and ministry of Steve Gaines. He is with his Lord after serving Him so faithfully. Praying for his family.
