@quickquack I’m seeking help with vehicle damage from 3/20. An incident report was filed at the location (IAD0016669), but I’ve been unable to get follow‑up support. Customer Care says incident reports aren’t handled by them. I need guidance on next steps to get truck repaired.

@roughcountry What does it mean for "Low Price Guarantee"? Found lower price at two of their distributors (10% off coupon) and they won't give that discount? They say the don't match prices....
